* respect each other
* express your opinion, but do not discriminate 
* check if you put your post in the right category, and remain on topic 
* mention any possible source of your post (especially at news)
* rather really type a message instead of only one emoticon or one word
* people who only post negative expressions will not be tolerated 
* personal arguments/fights are not excepted
* shouting (in the form of exuberant caps use) it is not permitted 
* illegal stuff is not welcome
* spam has not been permitted (also not in names)

* private messages should not be made public. In case this is done you will be permanently blocked

 
Pictures

* place no pictures with porn, racist or offending things

 
Inappropriate behaviour

* inappropriate behaviour can be tackled by the Admins or Moderators in the form of:

- a warning
- blocking you (in extreme cases) 

 
In case you do not share the decision of a Moderator, contact the Administrator (Forumbeheerder) privately
